I had spent so much time looking for a house to fit my specific needs and couldn’t find one. So I thought well, why not build? Sounded easy until other peoples’ stories made me wonder if that was a bad idea.

But I did find a house I knew I would love if changes could be made. After talking with Dan Bollin of Eagle Creek Builders, I had the feeling that building was going to work for me. And I’m so glad I went with that feeling.

Dan and Becky Bollin had regular meetings with me and explained exactly what to expect. Becky worked with me every step of the way to keep the schedule on track. She’d tell me what decisions had to be made and would meet with me to help make them. I learned a huge amount from them and one of the things was that I would build again and it would be with Eagle Creek. They were true contractors who guided and supported me through the entire process and basically made it easy for me.

I’ve told others who had built of my experience with Eagle Creek and their response was that I got a winner. I did. And even better, others in the construction business have seen the home and testified to its excellent quality.
